We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or credit counseling, and we are not a law firm, lender, or credit bureau.

2. No Guarantee of Results

ou acknowledge and agree that:

Credit repair results are not guaranteed
No specific removals, score increases, or timelines are promised
Credit scores may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged

All outcomes depend on individual credit profiles, creditor verification, and credit bureau
investigations.

3. Consumer Rights Notice

You understand that under federal law:

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report at no cost
directly with credit bureaus
You are not required to use a credit repair organization

Excel Credit Care assists clients in exercising these rights in an organized and informed
manner.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
Review all documents and communications promptly
Maintain active payment status as agreed
Follow recommended credit practices outside of the dispute process

Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service effectiveness or result in suspension of
services.

5. Enrollment and Fees

Service fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are disclosed separately at the time of
enrollment.

You agree that:

Fees are charged only for services rendered
Payments must be made on time
Failure to pay may result in service interruption or termination

6. Right to Cancel (CROA Compliance)

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel services within
three (3) business days of signing an agreement, without penalty or obligation.

Instructions for cancellation will be provided in your service agreement.

7. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications related to your
account, including:

Phone calls
Emails requirements
Text messages

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any
time.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
Misrepresent your identity or submit false information

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Excel Credit Care from any claims, losses, damages,
or expenses arising from:

False information provided by you
Misuse of services
Violation of these Terms

13. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Modify services
Update procedures
Suspend or terminate services for non-compliance or non-payment

Clients may terminate services according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or services shall first be attempted to be resolved
informally. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as outlined in the
service agreement.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall
remain in full force and effect.

17. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page
with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the
updated Terms.
