Consumer Rights Notice

You have the right, under federal law, to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable information that appears on your credit reports at no cost, directly with the credit reporting agencies. You are not required to use a credit repair organization to exercise these rights.

Excel Credit Care provides credit education, organizational support, and dispute assistance services designed to help clients understand and navigate the credit reporting system. Our services are intended to assist consumers in exercising their rights in a structured and informed manner.

 

No Guarantee of Results

Credit repair results are not guaranteed. The removal, correction, or update of items on a credit report depends on multiple factors, including the accuracy of the information reported, creditor verification, and credit bureau investigations.

Excel Credit Care does not guarantee:

The removal of any specific item

A specific credit score increase

A particular timeline for results

Credit scores may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged during the credit repair process depending on individual circumstances.

Nature of Services Provided

Excel Credit Care is not a credit bureau, lender, or legal service provider. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, or credit counseling.

Our services include:

Credit report review and analysis

Assistance with preparing and submitting disputes

Monitoring and tracking responses

Credit education and general guidance

All services are provided in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

● Providing accurate and truthful information
● Reviewing all documents and communications
● Making timely payments for agreed services
● Following recommended credit practices outside of the dispute process

Failure to provide accurate information or documentation may affect the credit repair process and outcomes.

Timeframes and Expectations

Credit bureaus generally have up to 30 days to investigate a dispute. Some credit report changes may occur within the first 30–45 days, while other cases may require multiple dispute cycles over several months.
Credit repair is a process, not an instant solution. Sustainable improvement often involves time, consistency, and responsible credit behavior.

Right to Cancel

Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to cancel credit repair services within three (3) business days of signing an agreement, without penalty or obligation.

In addition to dispute assistance, Excel Credit Care emphasizes credit education. Our goal is to help clients understand how credit works, how decisions affect credit scores, and how to maintain healthier credit profiles long after services end.
